Thanks to its central location, Wels has an optimal accessibility and provides many exclusive venues for the organization of your business events. Business Touristik Wels will be there to assist you and provide you with the most suitable meeting hotels, congress centers and other event facilities for your event.

We are an association of the most important hotel and event companies in the city, therefore we can offer you suitable venues for all group sizes. Whether it is a meeting with a small group, conferences, congresses, presentations or major events such as trade fairs with up to 10.000 visitors: We will have your back and pull the threads for you with our service from a single source. In the city, you will find unique buildings like the Welios Science Center for about 150 people, the EventQuartier Wels or the town hall with 600 seats. Plan your gala event or other happenings with up to 300 participants in the former Minorite monastery, get together with 500 people in the museum of Angelehner or use the Rotax Hall with a capacity for up to 4.800 guests. Other venues such as the Kornspeicher or the city theater of Wels complete our offer.

An absolute characteristic is the certification of all seminar hotels with the Austrian eco-label. All three- and four- star hotels are certified and can not only be distinguished by offering more than 900 beds but also by following the strict environmental standards. In order to share the topics of energy and sustainability, we would be happy to certify your event as a licensee for Green Meetings and accompany you on your way to the event. In the past, we have already licensed events with over 8.000 participants as a Green Event for various event planners.
