In the heart of Vienna, directly on the Freyung, Palais Daun-Kinsky is probably the city's most beautiful baroque jewel. Built in the years 1713 to 1719 by the well-known architect Lucas von Hildebrandt, the conditions still inspire today with an inimitable atmosphere and wonderful stylistic elements. Spend your private or business events on site and delight your guests.
The venue is perfect for your individual dream wedding and birthday parties, christenings, honors or other glamorous events are also in the best of hands. Of course, the backdrop is equally suitable for business events from the conference to the meeting to negotiations, lectures or press discussions. There are five individually or in combination usable event rooms available.
With the Feststiege and the reception room, you will be greeted by magnificent surroundings full of baroque opulence. Here you do not just enter, you make an ´entree´, leave everyday life behind and enjoy the wonderful ceiling paintings. You will also find one in the heart of the Palais, the Ovale Festsaal. Up to 110 people can accompany you, when you realise your events in this ballroom and absorb the ambience with red marble base and gilded stucco in it. In a discreet blue-gray, the Herrensalon shines for up to 56 (of course, not only male) visitors, while in the Damensalon, stylish pastel shades prevail. Not surprisingly, the Gelbe Salon greets you with walls in yellow. It was used by Prince Kinsky as a dining room and houses a cozy tiled stove from Nuremberg.
Of course, there is a modern equipment with speaker´s desk and electric piano, the rooms can be darkened and they are air-conditioned, also a Wi-Fi access is mandatory. Chef Martin Berger provides delicacies from nouvelle cuisine, all elegantly served by an experienced and friendly team. This looks after you attentively and also decorates the frame according to your wishes.
